I don't like buy something in mobile games. I try buy all if it is possible by game gold and gems. But I see plants only by cash. It is possible buy with gems? Cactus etc.

If you look in your almanac there are some plants available for gems and some for cash.
Powermints (except for enlightenmint) are only available for mints.
If you are on android you can do google opinions rewards for play credit, it doesn't take up much time and works out to a couple of premium cash plants a year.
If you sign up for EA's email registration scheme they will give you 100 gems (enough for a gem plant).
It is also a quick way of recovering a lost account.
Also keep a copy of your player id number safe somewhere.
Lately EA has got mEAner than usual and is squeezing us for resources, like sad little lemons.

Go into the Google playstore and install the Opinion Rewards App.
They will occasionally send you surveys and if you fill them out they will give you varying amounts of Google play credit that you can save up until you have enough to buy a plant.
It usually added up in my case to around £10 per year, which is the cost of two basic premium plants.
There are only a few plants i don't want so i usually spend my play credit mostly on ebooks, which can be reduced down to as little as £0.99 pence.
I have also got a couple of 50% off vouchers through the playstore as well.
