Is there a chance I can recover my pvz2 account

So a few days ago I wanted to start a fresh account for pvz2 so I could play from the start and I did it by backing up the game under a EA account and then deleted the game and downloaded it again which game me the option of choosing between an account with 0 progress and my original account. I went through with it but today I decided I wanted to go back. I did the exact same thing and when I loaded the game it only gave me the option between choosing my most recent account and a new one. Is there any chance of getting my old account back or is it lost?
