@eieio_31310The download is appearing very dodgily on my phone.....in fact i can't download on my phone....but i can on bluestacks.... Has anyone reported such a problem on reddit? Its very weird...the download keeps decreasing once it reaches a certain amount...
Have you cleaned out your phones storage recently?
- @MAGICDAVESHROOM I have...i actually have to zip up a lot of files before i have enough space to download this game. And it should have enough space. Its just the download keeps decreasing from like 47% back down to 4% and then it keeps on doing that...i am not sure why... its strange and i have not seen it before.

I have not experienced this on my iPhones. I have had a quick check and did not see similar report over subreddit.
I seem to recall I have been reading somewhere that PVZ2's update process is different on Android and IOS platforms, the data usage is larger on Android and much smaller on IOS. I have just checked my storage and can confirm PVZ2 App is taken up 1.75GB of memory on my iPhone but given that your emulator is ok, then I suspect the problem maybe as @MAGICDAVESHROOM 's suggests, it could be device memory related. Does your phone have a micro SD card slot (spare) maybe you can add more memory or get a bigger capacity card as a replacement?
- @Perfume-shroom92 The update makes playing really laggy on android devices... especially when I buy stuffs in the store or just swich between modes...

I have two android phones, my newish one has twice the memory of the old one and updated without a hitch, my old phone is almost full up and wouldn't update until I went into settings/ storage and freed up some space by deleting temp files.

I've noticed small halts since upgrading, barely noticeable but they're there.
- @eieio_31310 I have had to move all my apps and zip them up and delete so much files to actually get enough space.... this is where its dumb..i have a SD card but the game doesn't download automatically into it and i don't know how to. I always have to move it after from the phone to the sd card. i mean it looks like i need a new phone more than anything else because i don't have a lot of memory to begin with....and now it keeps force closing on my phone every time i try to enter Penny's...this is mad....
Little shroom will think about getting a new phone...but hmmm......should I really be bothered when i can still play it on bluestacks.... xD

If your contract has ended then you can upgrade, get a new handset and maybe a better deal. I'll send you a link to a good supplier.
I find apple devices to be pricey compared to android.

Here across the pond, we have providers giving away phones if you switch to their service. I got a free 16 gig Galaxy android when I bought their unlimited data plan. Costs $40 per month. - @MAGICDAVESHROOM
Apple devices are pricey but they last longer and less susceptible to being broken. The downside is their screens are so small.
