Tile turnip evolution level up bar glitching error.

For over a month my tile turnip bar has appeared full, but in yellow, and no matter how many seeds I buy for it, the bar never changes, and there’s no seed count to see how many more I need to go to level 11. HELP!!! This is the third time I’ve posted about it without receiving any resolution.
