I updated it last week the feature is good you just have to look to go to the play store and now easily play the game increasing many options.
I have been stuck in a level for 2 weeks. Every time I open the app it returns me to the same level. I contacted EA for support but I keep getting canned responses - I am not even sure it's a real person.

Avoid the 10.4.1 Update!!!!!
So I had the 10.4.1 pre-release updated forced upon me by the game store last night and have a few hot takes.
It's buggy as *!!! I've got three devices that I play on.
a. A very old Samsung Galaxy S4. I know that I shouldn't really expect support for this phone to continue indefinitely but, until this release, apart from some performance issues I could still play the game on it. Now the game won't even start up and crashes on opening every time.
b. A somewhat old Samsung Galaxy S9. The game actually plays very well on this phone, and until this release it was the most stable for running the game on of all my devices. With this release it now crashes randomly. I've had it crash twice at the end of playing an Arena match (the only two times I've tried). Several time starting up. Once while trying to claim the daily quest rewards. A few other times seemingly at random.
c. My "new" Samsung A53. The game has crashed several times while starting up, as well as a few other random times.
2. The Penny's Pursuit ZPS meter is now capped at 100%. i.e. if you get it to 90% and play a level at 3-chili, it won't go up to 120% any more. This means that after you play Zomboss the ZPS meter will reset to 0% and you'll have to play a minimum of 4 matches to get back to 100% regardless of what chili level you play your matches on.
3. Previously, store piñatas and offers were device specific, meaning if you had multiple devices, you could get those offers more than once. They've removed that loophole. Now if you claim a store offer on one device, it will no longer appear on the other.
4. Not my experience (I don't play with the music on), but I hear that it's more broken again.
So, more nerfs and added bugginess. Hopefully they'll fix some of the bugginess before the general release (probably next week), but I'm not holding my breath.
I noticed the new release is available to install on iOS. I have several iPads, so I installed it on one. I can verify a lot of what rackma70 said. When I tried to collect the daily rewards, the game crashed. I tried playing Arena 4 times and it crashed on me every time at the very end of the game, before collecting any rewards for the win. So I did not get my rewards for the win, but it did give me the crowns and I did not lose my streak. It also crashed on me about 5 times when the game started.
We've now updated and pinned this post on the Reddit sub with the general release of this version (bug reports are rolling in there).
Is there any way to get feedback to Popcap through the EA moderators here? Other than one holiday season message in December, the u/PvZ2Team_Popcap account on Reddit has been dormant on the sub for months.
On my newest device pvz2 is crashing left, right and centre since the easter update.
On my older device it is apparently stable.
Both are android.
Yesterday the game forced update. And now this game is horror.
1. Game is Closed everywhere.
a) Claim reward - game are closed. And don't give a rewards.
b) Open game - game are closed.
c) Penny Persuit - game are closed. After you win. But you win fuel for fight. Or if you click Play game are closed. Like loterry.
d) Piniata - game are closed. Not rewards. Closed when you fight.
e) Arena - game are closed.
f) You buy on store for gems or gold. Game are closed after...
g) Watching adds - game are closed.2. Sound bugs. Still Music and Sound with bugs.
3. Piniata Party don't have save option. Only exit and resume. If you has bug who closed game - piniata bloced without rewards.
4. When you claim piniata (3 for main quest per day) game are closed when you click to open...
5. If you have 95% fuel and win 30% you have 70% and next 100%. No more 105% and more... This is stupid.
Now game Has more bugs Like previous. Not Ready to play.
Fix - delete game. Or wait month for next update.
I'm also having crashes after the latest update. The game crashes every time I finished watching an ad and ready to claim the reward. When the game restarts I do get the reward, but it's very annoying.
Newest update itself was buggy, finally updated, now the game is constantly crashing…thanks…
Not sure what happened but my game stopped crashing today.
