Why is User Dave listed on my login screen?

Started new thread because I couldn't figure out how to add image to original post. I don't want User Dave as a login option.

Still hopelessly buggy
Crashes after pretty well every daily or Penny game, thus depriving one of the “reward.” This on iPad using latest OS.

daily quests
the quest for playing the plant of the week event stays even after you finish the event that week, and since it's still there, you can't complete the quest to complete all daily quests.
