Level 2 on current pennies persuit
Is it me or are the zombies in the begouled stage extremely aggressive? Stage 1 was ok. I barely got it. Stage 2 i can’t even complete. Let alone stage 3. What’s going on? Even players I saw on Youtu...

The begouled level is 50% luck 50% skill. I managed to complete it with level 1 plants on stage 3. Just need to get a few "4 Kernel-Pult" matches.
The order in which you should upgrade the plants is:
1. Apple Mortar
2. Infi-nut
3. Explode-O-Nut
It doesn't matter if your Apple Mortar is just level 1. You just need the stun effect early in the game.

Thanks @PowerToss I have not managed to get the hard level (3 chillies) yet and now I can blame half of my failure to luck. 👿
@Alitjeeeeeee To win this game you need to have a good 'match-3' skill, quick planning and hand-eye coordination, the plant levels has much less effect as I have used both high and low level plants and failed on both, the closest I got was around 80 matches with high level plants and got overran. Will try it again this weekend if I have time but for a few gems and seeds, I would suggest just pass it on the easy level and move on to the next.
- @eieio_31310 i will add my My personal tip if you attempt to try it again: try swapping as many boosted kernal pults to stall the zombies as much as possible,upgrading to infi nut and try to activate their PF shield and use the boss blast perk to knock the zombies as well. And the rest is like you said: fast hands and eye co-ordination. 😈
