Log In Issue

Hi, I changed from an iPhone 15 to an iPhone 16 Pro Max.

Game Center still recognizes my account (Mache_79), but Plants vs Zombies 2 only loads a new profile called “User Dave” and my old progress is missing. I already tried reinstalling the game, reconnecting Game Center, restarting my device, and waiting for cloud sync, but the old save still does not appear. Could you please help me restore my account/progress? I don’t want to lose all my previous levels and plants. I can provide any additional information if needed, including screenshots or purchase receipts.
