need help with some purchases not restoring on my current pvz2 save file
Years ago my save file got deleted again by ea for no reason and they denied it but I decided to just move on with it, currently made a new save file to try and gat back into the game but only some of the purchases have restored and not everything returned to my current player ID, tried contacting the support for help but I swear its like talking to an AI when in the live chat, the help employee's either don't care enough to do their job and help their customers or they aren't qualified for this job or maybe its both idk. I contacted them through email instead of going into the live chat and those people actually asked me for proof of purchases which I happily provided to them, then they keep taking long with every single response back to me and asking me to re-send them the proof of purchases in a different way that they want, and they they still refuse to help me restore my purchases tied with my google play account, one agent even admitted that what I explained to them about how they should be able to restore my purchases was correct, and that guy closed the chat after confirming what I said was right, this is a very unprofessional act of behaviour by the employees here at EA help with some of them just being rude as well overall, if anyone has an actual solution as to how to possibly fix these purchases not restoring I would absolutely appreciate itNot Recieving Gems
Usually everyday i am able to get my 20 gems for Completing 8 Daily Activies but this day it wasn't, I was usually going to collect all of my daily activity rewards but for some reason after doing an arena match (my 7th) it would accept te 8 daily, But when i did collect all i only got the few Gems from the arena match. Getting past this level is impossible for me. First the rocket attack, then it just plows through. Guess what happens after the plants get crushed? Yep, the chickens escape and run away. I can't stop them because suddenly it blows up all the plants. This level is ridiculous, impossible to pass. I've played it 50 times and I'm sick of it. **bleep** it.Please dear ea bring lost features of the original game back
It s been almost 5 year I və been playing this game. But one of its beautiful benefits is music themes. I mean the pinata and the grasswalk. I t won't affect people because it has already passed the capacity of 1 gigabits. Some parts of the themes like modern day s final waves drum kick part and jurrasic marsh s jazz part doesn t work .too. And bring the option we can choose our own name. And fixe the bug whic happens when I accidentally press the coin icon!I cannot obtain my daily rewards for completing daily missions
I cannot obtain my daily rewards after playing/completing daily missions - screen shows empty from the start! This issue persists for many, many weeks. Please fix it, it is not fair to empty the daily rewards for that daily missions before a player starts to play. I play on a tablet Lenovo P12, Android. Screenshot as proof.
Account lost
I played the game and purchased ADS skip in my iPhone. Then i switched to my iPad and try to login using EA registered account, however in the iPad the new progress has overwrite my old progress from iPhone. When i open the game in my iPhone, it become new progress, the old progress is completely lost. Tried to reinstall and select game profile, it shows 2 profile: old profile (which is the 1 from the iPad) new profile (completely new) my original profile from iPhone is gone..... wtf?
