Not giving gems when completed tasks
Hi, I’m reporting this now as it has happened too many times now. Today, 5 days again and at least 3 times in the last 2 months, it has happened that I have completed 8 tasks but have not been rewarded the 10 gems for completing the 8 tasks. Today I tried a different approach, and decided to complete ALL tasks, but the game would not even recognise that I had played 5 rounds in Adventure level. So again, today I’ve missed out on the 12 gems. 12 gems today, 10 gems 5 days ago, 10 gems on multiple other occasions. Can this glitch be fixed? Can I be allocated the gems I’ve earnt? The mobile in-game help linked to EA support, which couldn't help, then chat agent sends me back to the in-game support link... I'm hoping EAa has tech support agents on these boards? How do we out in a claim for missing Arena Rewards? When I got 750+ arena points I should've gotten 150 more Sakura seeds, but never got them. About a month ago, I contacted EA customer service because a faulty update erased all my resources and changed my name to “1”. My progress and plants are still intact, but I lost a large amount of resources: Coins: ~80,000 Gems: ~1,000 Mints: ~1,800 Arena Gauntlets: ~20 Seed Packets / Sprouts: ~30,000 I have already provided all the information requested by customer support multiple times to different representatives, yet they keep asking for the same details again, even though everything is already included in the case history. Several cases were closed without resolving the problem, and now three different support agents have contacted me again with identical questions — the first in German, the next two in English. Do they even know what their colleagues are doing? Do they actually read what has already been written? This is a total customer service disaster — and I know what I’m talking about, as I worked in customer service for a large computer company for twelve years.
