Plant Vs Zombies 2 Reset progress after update
Idk if my thing posted so sorry if it double post. Basically my entire progress on this game reset after you guys updated AGAIN :(. my apple account is white crocodile 920 and I made a gmail account with this game now because I’m sick up this happening again. I keep getting that invalid HTML thing so here my player ID to the best of my ability, ignore the periods please. Player ID: 4EBCC57D-F5B8-40A3-8FFC-F0435D04498F ,iPhone Xs. - I bought DISABLE ADS years ago, but that was STOLEN from me, on 12/10/2025 (Image is attached) - Now, new ads are lagging the game & overheating my phone - Rent a plant inactive (sometimes happened all year) - After defeating Penny’s Pursuit Zomboss, game always crashes, even on my mom’s iPhone XR (was not an issue before) - Unable to Claim “Complete 8 daily activities”, although ALL daily activities were indeed completed (Sometimes happened all year)Plants not saved after update
After December update, all of my plants that had power ups and their progress are all at 0%. I had plants that were able to be unlocked and they are now locked again. One has a “!” button but I cannot select any of my plants to see my glossary to see stats. I am unable to unlock any new plants and I lost so many of my upgraded plants on 12/18/2025. It happens a lot of times and still today its an issue about this daily rewards thing. I buy the monthly thingy to get double rewards but it doesnt matter if its always getting bugged like this. I didnt get half of my rewards yesterday and now the rewards arebt claimable again.In-game purchase issues
Hello, I've been playing PvZ 2 for a long time and I need to make a purchase from the Piñata section to progress, but I keep getting a "You don't have permission to make a purchase" warning. How can I unlock the section after Modern Day? I've contacted customer service many times about this, but there's been no solution.
