Lost Progress in PvZ 2 – Can’t Recover My Account
Hello, EA team and fellow players.I recently lost all my progress in Plants vs. Zombies 2. Here’s what happened: I launched the game as usual, but my progress was completely reset.The game prompted me to create a new account instead of logging into my old one.Previously, I reinstalled the game and was able to restore my progress by signing in with my email, but this time it didn’t work. I tried reinstalling the game and logging in again, but I was only given the option to use a new account or a previous account that has no progress.My Game Center achievements are still visible, so I believe my progress should still exist somewhere. I am playing on an iPhone 15. Is there any way to recover my old account? I don’t remember my Player ID, but I have an old screenshot that shows my EA ID. Please help me restore my progress. I've reported my missing progress over a week ago and after a first reaction asking for some screenshots it went silent! I've been playing for over 10 years and have 73 out of the 75 achievements. Mastery plants, first in the jade league almost every week. Now I have to start allover. What annoys me the most is that EA has not responded for over 7 days now! Hello, I would like to know how to restore my account. I have completed all the levels and had quite a lot of resources accumulated. I play the game on and off and every time I quit playing the game, I save the game and delete the app. The next time I download the game I always have the identify conflict screen show up where I can select my previous account. This previous time I downloaded the app and all was normal. Then there was a glitch causing the app to crash and I couldn’t access the app. So I deleted it and when I re-downloaded it the welcome screen appeared as if I was a new player and I had to go through all the introductory steps. Afterwards when I was finally able to access the settings I couldn’t see my previous account. This was last week and I tried again today but the same thing happened. Please help15Views1like1Comment
