Lost progress
Hello, my name is Emily, player ID [removed] I encountered a problem while playing on the iOS platform, when I entered the game, all my progress was reset, and all my game data were gone. I’m very sure that it happened without my participation. However, I can still see all the achievements I earned in this game on the Apple Store. Please help me resolve this issue, I really hope my account can be restored!
PVZ2 SHOULD GET A PC AND CONSOLE PORT
I feel like people would love a plants vs zombies 2 port to pc and consoles. I don’t really play games on my phone much, so I’d love to be able to play it on my Xbox. I’ve been seeing tons of videos of it, and it does look pretty fun. I’m just not gunna get in on my phone cause I have PvZ on my phone, and I already barely play that. I do play it all the time on my Xbox, and I’d definitely play pvz2 on my Xbox too. The point is I’d probably even buy it if I had to ( I mean reasonably priced of course it is a PvZ game after all.) but yeah I definitely think it’d make a good addition to pc an console.
Lost save data in PvZ 2
Hey! I started playing PvZ 2 back in 2020 in summer & I was hooked to it & since I got a new phone that years Christmas, I transferred my data from my old iPad to my phone & the game was linked to my Game Center account the whole time! & last night, I was logging back into the game after a while & then I realised I was at the very start of the game indicating that I lost ALL of my save data from before! I wouldn’t have done anything to cause this from happening so it was probably some bug!
Unable to start a new case in PvZ2
I am tearing my hair out trying to get my missing progress back. When I go to "My cases" and "Start a new case", it sends me back to the home page. If I click on my problem in PvZ2, I just get an article (which is no help). There is no option to chat or I have been playing PvZ2 for years andI would appreciate any help I can get. Every time PVZ2 updates, my entire game progress is erased, and I’m forced to start from the tutorial. What Happened: I installed PVZ2 and started playing. After an update, the game reset to the tutorial page, and all my progress was gone. I reinstalled the game and started over, but after the next update, my progress was wiped again. This has happened multiple times now. Why does my game reset after update, and how can I stop this from happening?
