very bad game for ea 2026 class, too many bugs
This game is getting less and less fun, daily rewards often disappear and you can't claim the prize, the 20 gem prize is reduced to 10, the arena game sometimes crashes and can't be played and events take too long. EA class event game coltdown 1 week without doing anything, told to exchange but can't play anymore, this is stressful for the developer, increase the number of events and more updates so the game is optimalI cannot claim that 20 gems (10x2) when I complete Daily activities
Hello. For a too long time I cannot claim the 10 gems (20, because I bought Crazy Dave Premium Bundle) when I complete Daily Activities. I have completed once again today all Daily Activities, and when I pushed the button "Claim all", only that section with the 20 gems remains inactive, so I cannot benefit of that reward - screenshot as proof. In the past three days, in Plants vs. Zombies 2, I cannot benefit of daily missions (that section in the game with a "piece of wood" icon). It disappears instantly when I start to accomplish that daily missions, it says there that all daily missions where accomplished, but I even didn't start to play! Lost progress on a device after update (again)
An upgrade in late December made it so that I cannot access my game on my iPhone. I can on a tablet and another iPhone with shared AppleID, but not the one I use most. This has happened occasionally in the past with updates where one device randomly breaks (the last time over a year ago). We've asked for help in the past, and EA has always resolved it within a week or so. (The backup syncing never works or helps.) This time, I have put in three requests for help and have not heard back once. Has EA given up on PvZ2? I've recently paid for a plant over the ingame shop that then opened up the Google play to complete the transaction. Once paid, the plant didn't show up. After reading the forum I tried to clean the cache of the pvz2 app and also restart the app. None of this worked. I have the google play transaction ID but I dont know else to do at this stage. Please EA support I need help.
Why is User Dave listed on my login?
PVZ2 has added 2 new users to my account - User Dave and User Dave 1. I now have 5 logins. The two I use - linuxPigPen and linuxPiglet and now "h", "User Dave" and "User Dave 1". What the heck? The game sometimes starts up choosing one of these accounts and I get the new User sign in screen with no resources and the beginner instructions. I then have to close and force stop the game. I want the User Dave accounts taken off my profile immediately.
