Lost all my progress for Pvz2 on New Phone

Hi,

I hope someone can help. I had PvZ2 on my old iPhone XR and it was linked to an account. I had not played the game in a year or so but it had my profile with all the years off progress I made in the game.

I finally bought the latest iPhone last month and last week I downloaded the PvZ2 game. The game detected two profiles, my old profile with all my progress and a new profile with no progress on it. I selected my old one and the game crashed in the middle of loading. I restarted the game, it downloaded new content and then restarted the game with the new profile. Now I cannot get my old profile back with all my years of progress.

Wondering who can help me here in retrieving my old profile back for PvZ2.
