I did too from the update! It seems to be almost every time they update it wipes out your progress, and it's very frustrating! I always get it back though, it usually takes about a few weeks to month. You just have to email support within the app, that will open up a ticket for Lost Progress and also be sure to attach a screenshot your Player ID. Tech support will assist just takes a very long time.

I have had no luck at all trying to open a case file, I have the same problem. All I get is an article to read, which is no help at all. Please let me know if you have any luck.
