Lost all progress and money even with syncing services on google

Hello, this is the first time I have ever used the forums to ask a question. Normally I do not have a problem playing Plants Vs. Zombies 2, but this time I have one and I haven't been able to solve it in the past few days. 

I made the decision to buy plants from the game, which here is a list I spent my actual money on: Frost Snapdragon, Power Lily, Snow Pea, Hypno Shroom, Torchwood, Imitater, Electric Blueberry, Jack O Lantern, Escape Root, Bombegranate, Apple Mortar, Witch Hazel, Peanut, and Ghost Pepper (Ghost Pepper, Jack o Lantern, and Witch Hazel were bought in a bundle). I have had Plants vs. Zombies 2 for months now, but because of storage issues I needed to uninstall it. However, months later I was able to finally re-download it and when I connected to my Google account I could not restore my progress or my purchases. I lost my progress, but not even my purchases were restored!

Please note that I don't really have much money to buy all of these plants again. I don't even know if the player id will be the same compared to the one I had before it, but it went under the name "ThatWeirdOne." If needed to, I will provide the current player Id I have. If I cannot restore my purchases I will request to have a refund of all of this. Thank you! 🙂

    @ThatWeirdOneXD Sorry to hear that, are you sure you are logging in using the correct details? Looking at your EA account it was only created today so it may be a case that you have another account with a different email on it.

    I just made the EA account just to ask this question. However, I made sure all the purchases were made through [edit: email address removed], as well as logging in through that email into my google play games.

    @ThatWeirdOneXD Just wanted to be sure that it wasn't simply a case of having multiple EA accounts, what I would recommend that you contact our live support at help.ea.com who will be able to help you get back into your account. 

    To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'
    Can't log in
     
    Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat
