Lost all progress

I also lost  my progress. All my levels, germs, plants (including purchased for real money) have vanished. I've got google+ account and when I tap the game controller pad icon at the right corner it shows my achievements. But levels aren't accessible and so on...
Wrote to support team two days ago, but haven't got any answer yet.

    Hopefully the Popcap team will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Unfortunately lost progress isn't something that we can assist with on the forums.

    I've the same problem, after I clear the Jurassic world (16/16) 2days ago, all of sudden I lost all my progress & plants including those bought with real money & the Halloween plants which is no longer available now. I can log in to google+, all my achievements still there, just all my coins/gems/progress lost.

    I've back-up the game data a week ago using titanium backup, i can restore the data, but whenever I have internet connection, it automatically connect to google & replace my data with the 1 on google+ (which is 0 progress), thus losing my progress again. so is there any way to erase the progress saved on google+? I don't really give much hope on recovering my lost progress from EA team, I just hope that I can replace my google+ progress with my backup data.

    OK few days ago I decided to start  over this game,cos I really like it. And quess what? yesterday morning, when I start the game, WTF my progress lost again??!! Seriously, I lost my progress, twice in a month? I really like this game, but can u guys going to fix this? I dont what to spend hours on it and, when I wake up the other morning, all my progress gone, AGAIN

  • Did you ever manage to solve your problem? I am having this issue now. Years of playing this game and the stuff I have collected. All gone down the drain.

    Nope, and there's no reply from EA as well, I've posted on this forum & by email, neither of them have any feedback or reply from EA, so I guess thats it.
