Lost all progress

I have lost all progress and contacted EA only to be told that someone would be in contact with me via email to help find a resolution. I haven’t been contacted back. I am NOT happy. Please fix this ...

iPhone overheating since Ads patch has been applied
I have noticed since the patch to add ADs came out my iPhone overheats constantly. When I close the game, within minutes my phone is back normal. Please get this fixed!!
