Plant Vs Zombies 2 Reset progress after update

Idk if my thing posted so sorry if it double post.
Basically my entire progress on this game reset after you guys updated AGAIN :(. my apple account is white crocodile 920 and I made a gmail account with this game now because I’m sick up this happening again.

I keep getting that invalid HTML thing so here my player ID to the best of my ability, ignore the periods please.
