Lost coins

I noticed yesterday that I had lost 2 million coins but suddenly had huge increases in gems gauntlets and mints. I assume this is a bug?

  • Yes. 

    I suggest to take a screenshot of your in game resources just in case you need to make a claim. 

    As for the big amount of gems and mints, your new side quest now is trying to spend them in the most efficient way....  👿

  • Today when they updated to the new arena challenge it erased all my coins and purchased arena entries

    Had same issue as reported and lost 2,000,000 plus coins. I notified right away and they acknowledged the problem and said they would take care of it. After bugging when I had not heard anything in a couple weeks they said best they can do is 250,000 coins some gems and gauntlets.  I said I want my coins back and have since been ignored and got nothing. Not good service for a failure on their end that impacted a loyal player.

    @TheBarbers05 I’m sorry to say this happened to me and I got the same response.I now take a weekly screenshot to proof how many coins gems and gauntlets I have just incase it happens again then maybe their response would be different.

    Hello. Taking to approach to play less and find a new game. If they cannot do right by loyal players there is not much sense sticking around. A screenshot will likely not get you much unless taken the moment before it failed. Even then they likely will not do anything. They started out so understanding and apologizing for the problem but then switched to we do not care after a couple weeks. Says a lot about their respect for people.
