Lost content and cant figure out how to reply to a case
So I had already started a case on my content lost in Plants Vs. Zombies 2 and had gotten a response but I can't figure out how to reply to that response. If someone could help that would be really g...
- 4 years ago@CupOJupiter If you created a case on help.ea.com you should be able to sign in to see your creates cases, where you can select your current one and send a response message.
If you did not make a case under an EA account to view, you should have gotten an email once you first made the case with a case number and access key.
Go to help.ea.com > Select Accounts > then my cases and you can enter that information there to see the case.
