Lost Gems after latest update (April 2024)

After the update this week, I lost most of gems. I was only left with 10 (since the, I’ve earned 1 more so I have 11 now). I’ve tried to find the “form” described in a community post from 2022, but can’t locate it. Anyone else experience this bug after the update.

This is not a new bug as I have seen players reporting similar issue intermittently.
If your lost in resource is substantial, I suggest you contact EA Help Center by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.
Search for PVZ2 and select the option [I am looking for something I earned] for further details.
