Just happened to me , a lot of players missing content or entire profiles . Take a screenshot of your player ID and report it as missing content to EA

I did but they told me to create a file within the game. I did not understand what they mean by that. So i asked them about the meaning and I didn't get a response yet.
Im with the same problem, i lost my coins, mints, gauntlets and also the gems
Update: i got my stuff back as i mentioned on the other reply, so ill take a guess and say everyone is getting their stuff back, anyways just wanted to say this, thanks 🙂
