Lost gems, coins, gauntlets and mints.

Greetings. I have been playing the game for quite some time and I a gathered a very good amount of gems, coins, mints, and gauntlets.

Today I opened my game and I found out that I lost them all, the guntlets are 0, the coins are around 2000, gems around 180 and mints are 75.

This is no reset bsicne not everything is back to 0 but the amounts got vastly reduced. I saw some having such issues. I don't know what caused it.

After weeks of going too and fro to EA ,they wouldn’t restore the gems,coins ,gauntlets and mints I had lost due to the the server going down because I had not taken a screenshot of my profiles to prove it.Who takes a screenshot several times a day every time they play the game.Not happy

@PLASTICA-MAN Didn’t get resolved as I didn’t have a screenshot of my profiles before the server crashed to proof the amount of gems and coins I had. Who takes a screenshot of their game every time they play
