Lost muy savedata

recently change my device

install and sign in to my google account
but the profile that I had in some way was overwritten and I lost the progress and my purchases
please at least I want to recover the expansions and plants I buy, I can start again but I do not want to lose what I buy

    I think you mean "where can i find my player i.d."- if you tap on the spanner🔧 on the start screen then "build version" it will be there. DON'T POST IT ONLINE.

    Contact the EA help center (below) and give them your player i.d. and they should be able to restore your profile from their backups.
