Lost my PvZ2 progress due to crash

    Unfortunately to get your old account back you need the player id number associated with your missing account.

    When the game resets like that it automatically issues a different player id number.

    However, If you signed up to EA's email registration scheme you can get a unique code that will restore it from their backups.

    Perhaps you have pvz2 still on an old device? If you have then put it in airplane mode before opening the game to get your player id number.

    Sadly EA HELP can't/ won't help unless players can provide the correct id number and the only thing they might be able to do for you is replace any plants you paid cash for if you can provide them with proof of purchase.

    By the way, EA do not provide support for any emulated versions of the game, but your problem can happen to anyone on android or apple devices.

    It happens all too often which is why it's a good idea to keep a copy of your player id number safe.

Oh no, I didn't know that I have to know my id number. My pvz2 suddenly turned reset I guess and I can't get it back even though I've verified my account. This happened to me twice. For the first time it happened, I thought it was my phone problem and I changed to a new phone but now I reliese that this is a game problem. It is really frustrating. Can I check my id number back? Or it is permanently disappeared?😭

If you still have pvz2 on an old device try switching it to airplane mode and check to see if it's your old account with the player id number you need.

If it is then screenshot it.

The problem is that if your account does an unexpected reset then it automatically issues a new player id number.

Unfortunately EA/popcap don't tell players how important that number is so they find out the hard way.

    My old phone is not working anymore😢 I think my account is permanently disappear. Is it not wrong to hack the game, right?

    I do not think hacking is encouraged on this forum..
