Lost progress on a device after update (again)
An upgrade in late December made it so that I cannot access my game on my iPhone. I can on a tablet and another iPhone with shared AppleID, but not the one I use most. This has happened occasionally in the past with updates where one device randomly breaks (the last time over a year ago). We've asked for help in the past, and EA has always resolved it within a week or so. (The backup syncing never works or helps.)
This time, I have put in three requests for help and have not heard back once. Has EA given up on PvZ2?
