Lost Progress PVZ2

I lost my progress in PVZ2 when I tried to transfer my account to another device (from an Android tablet to an iPad). The progress didn’t appear on my iPad, and all of my progress was gone. The plants I bought, the Arena, the seed packets—everything disappeared.  Is there still a way to recover my progress? I hope you can help me.
