I have just gone in the garden to replant and my seeds have gone down to 4 from over 30 thousand. I’ve reported it as missing content. Has it happened to anyone else

I am 99% certain they are asking for the email address which you used from the PVZ2 App (to get 100 free gems as image below) for this address is tied with your PV2 account and it serves as an identifier.

I had already registered my account but I eventually got 50 gems from EA as they couldn’t reinstate any sprouts
