Lunar event

Everytime I click the event it opens the task menu and I'm unable to close it and to get rid of it I have to reopen the game, but even after reopening the game again whenever I try to join the event the task menu comes again, I have to clear data and go through entire tutorial and log back into my account to be able to play the event
