Missing Content

After the last update (the one that added the no ads option) all my coins, gems, plants, and progress are gone. The game appears to be reset to the beginning as if I were a new player. I have tried the cloud sync as well as restarting my iPad. Nothing has worked. 
I can provide my player ID in a DM.
