Missing Plants in PvZ2.

Heyo, I am from Brazil, and there is a missing plant. I don't know if it is a "regional exclusive" style like in other games I've played, but I can't find it. I just wanted to know why I can't find Missile Toe, I want to do 100% of the game, so please, help me with that.

Heyo, eu sou do Brasil, e tem uma planta faltando. Eu não sei se é uma do estilo "Exclusivo de região" como em outros jogos que joguei, mas eu não consigo achar ela. Eu só queria saber o porquê de eu não achar a Missile Toe, eu quero fazer 100% do jogo, então por favor, me ajudem com isso

    That is correct. 

    This is because Missile Toe is a seasonal plant, she appears around Christmas time.   Should not be long now you can buy her from the shop.

    Ooooooooooh, thx, but I'll need to pray that mom or dad agrees to buy it, because a dollar is like 5 reais. But thx for the help

    @RABC_2009YT 

    You should also add pvz2 store to your prayers,  players are still not getting purchases through the store, EA HELP CENTER isn't helping much and EA/popcap don't seem overly concerned about this issue.

    This issue has literally been going on for months now, it was announced in this forum a few weeks ago that this issue was fixed, yet it is still happening and Santa has put EA/ popcap on the naughty list along with Boris Johnson and his government. 

    I also advise that you just buy the basic plant, it works out better value than the bundle.
