Missing Shovel

So, I was playing the game normally, and I decided to skip the fundamentals because I played the first game before. Well, I found a big problem soon enough. I didn't have the shovel. So, I can't shov...

    You shouldn't have to play the tutorial to get the shovel, it should be automatically awarded when you skip.

    Try reinstalling your game (note: you might have to start over anyway).
