@qekf40o5qj75Hey! Use the link that @EA_Aljo  posted. But if you've already opened a ticket, it should be under your user profile. I've attached a sample of what I had to send them. Blacked out my personal stuff. Hope that helps!

    I did re-open my ticket. They did contact me a couple of days ago and I sent them all the info they requested (again). Hopefully I hear back after the weekend. Thank you!
