my account got deleted
my account in pvz2 got deleted when i opened the game a few days ago, i heard some other people also lost their accounts. why is this happening?

This happened to me years ago. I ended up starting all over. Later I found my old Player ID and they were able to restore it. TBH, I think when I first registered, they emailed my ID to me.
Now, I keep a screenshot of my player ID. You can find that under Settings -> Build Version. It is a super long alphanumeric code.
Hopefully you will be able to find yours.
