My app updated and i lost all my levels. It reset to beginner

There are a few ways for you to try to get your old account back.
Things you can try doing it yourself are listed below.
( 1 ) Delete the game on you iPhone, ensure you are signed in to Game Center and then preform a re-install. If the Game Center failed to recover your old progress, please proceed to ( 2 ).
( 2 ) Reload your backup from iTune as this will restore your original PVZ2 account onto your phone. (please do check and ensure your player ID matches your original ID from Settings before the next step)
( 3 ) Turn off internet and Wifi data on your phone, then start the App, from the main screen enter the Adventure (World) mode, check your gems, coins and plants in Almanac, this should have the outdated amount from your previous saved game. Now turn on Internetdate and WiFi, back out to the main menu so your game will sync to the server, enter the Adventure mode again and see if the amount of your coins/gems has been changed if so then your account is now linked back to the server.
( 4 ) Back out to the main menu, click the cloud button (near the bottom left corner) and make sure you register a valid email address with the game (and receive some free gems as a reward for first time register) so this can be used to recover your account in the future or even tranfering your account onto another device even cross platform on an Android device.
