My expansion pack isnt showing in my account

After trying to get help from support there was nothing they could do and also i didnt got a refund so im sitting here with no clue, 10€ less and no idea what i should do next.

I bought the Deluxe Edition for Garden Warfare 2 and its 100% sure that it was a valid purchase but even so i didnt got anything shown in my account. Not Ingame and not on the Launcher.

I tried many different ways from clearing my cache to safe boot my pc, nothing helped.

If someone had a similar problem or knows what to do please help.
