N0 coins/gems/ads for seed packets of nightcap

I was glancing through Find More entries of plants in Almanac, noticing that today seed packets of Ail-mint family and Spear-mint family plants can be purchased with coins/gems/ads. But oddly, all of which are not available for nightcap. Wondering whether this is a bug or intentional.
