No Penny's Pursuit Event

My app is up to date but it says No Current Pursuit Event. Is this a bug or some problem again with the upcoming update on October?

Had a "game data update". Clicked OK and wallah I got Penny's Pursuit Event now.
Though the game still crashes randomly and version's still 9.9.2.

Sadly enough, as usual no updates available in the store.

@gilboad This is beyond frustrating. I’m starting to think @eieio_31310 is correct about EA giving up on this game.

@karlakay3262 I doubt it. Between conspiracy and normal incompetence I rarely chose the former. (Or in short: They simply have a broken upgrade procedure...)
