No response

Nothing is working except arena. Not even setting, zen garden, adventure, etc no sound or no response on tapping. Only arena is able to open. Help..!!

Ad won’t close.
There is an ad that keeps being selected when I rent a plant / watch an ad for gems etc. that has no X or forward or skip button. It just keeps you locked into the ad with no recourse except to close...
