not getting arena’s prize pvz2
Arena supposed to gift iceweed when i completed 300 crowns, but it is still not available in my almanac/ can’t choose to play with it either, what should I do?
You need to contact EA HELP CENTER and open a 'Missing Content' case to claim your missing seed packages.
You will need to provide (or take a screenshot of) your player ID and the two images you posted here to the advisor so he/she can correct the error on your account..
