Not receiving purchases on PVZ 2 store; Support not helping at all

I have made several purchases on the PVZ 2 store, and I received absolutely nothing. The purchases have gone through on my credit card, but the game only gives me the "Restoring 0 purchases" message....

Have you tried installing an Android emulator onto your PC (such as bluestacks).

It comes with Google playstore already on it, just install pvz2 and you can screenshot whatever you need through your PC.

My friend would have to do that. It don't own a PC. I only use a tablet and phone. I don't know when was started doing all this. I have reported missing contact in the past with no problems.
