Offer Not Appearing For 2nd Time

After getting my accounts back, I logged in to play the Shadow Peashooter epic quest. I went to the almanac to see the statistics of the plant. I saw an offer in the shop where if I unlocked a certain number of seed packets of Shadow Peashooter, I can unlock it. However, after a few days, I realized that I could not upgrade the peashooter and the stats were missing. The offer in the shop was also missing. Could you add the offer back into my shop and allow me to purchase it? I spent my money to get gems to buy that particular offer. Also, I think my marigold is glitched as the almanac says that I am able to upgrade it despite it being a Zen garden plant only. Could you also reset my scores for my endless stages? Thank you.

I have 29.2k gems so it's not a problem for me to spend on the pinata. But my problem is why can't I see the stats and upgrade bar for it?

First you have to buy this plant for 250 seeds, only after that you can upgrade it.

I really can't remember buying it, i think i bought it through the ALMANAC.

So, do you own that plant or not? It's a bit confusing. Maybe the upgrade bar appear only after you own that plant. This plant differs from other plants, cause you can buy it with seeds, no other way. Can you post a picture of your plants?

I'm planning to buy through the store. Besides, all my modren day plants are close to being able to upgrade. But again, my pinata offer isn't showing up. No matter how many letters I write to the EA help site I keep getting the same message of me writing here.

Did you look all tabs in store? I have these pinatas under several tabs, it just can be under another tab in store.

I think the upgrade bar moves along until the purchase price is reached then it becomes unlocked.

There are a few plants such as Marigold, Duplicator,, Gold Tile, etc that are not upgradable even though it loos that way in the Almanac.
You get Marigolds randomly in the Zen Garden.

I do own the plant. But don't worry the upgrade bar and stats are back. Sadly, the pinata isn't in store.
