Problem with daily tasks and world pinatas

My World Pinata Trackers are permanently locked as completed due to a broken transaction sync. Every time I open the game, it says 'Restoring Purchases' followed by 'Unable to complete purchase,' even though I already safely own the plants in my Almanac. I have already cleared my Android system cache, Google Play Services, and Google Services Framework. My profile requires a server-side data synchronization or transaction flag reset. My id is down there as well.
