OT: What new skills have you picked up?

With isolation how many of you have picked up new skills? Feel free to add some funny stories 😁

I've become a self-taught mum-dresser. Um munchkin had a slighter shorter side but I totes blame his wriggling around. Nothing a good cap can’t fix. Older child turned out better, I would love to do a buzzcut but I’ve been forbidden to since he’s on Zoom with his friends 😂 going to try to talk them into getting a buzz next time.

Can I also say I miss having the kids go to school? Teachers are amazing! I’m going batty with home schooling. Can’t wait for this crazy covid situation to come to an end.

ever since I came back from the quarantine, I have been taking care of my personal hygiene with more respect. ever since I got into schooling I hardly had time to do anything I like. Now I could have some time to do my favorite hobbies: playing music and singing ^^

@HenryThePear I wouldn't have guessed that about you. Me, I'm learning how to use my music production software. It's more complicated than it was 25 years ago. I've got the new Tracktion Waveform 11 DAW and what I'm finding is it doesn't play nicely with the VSTs that were designed for FL Studio. Band In A Box has too many options and is overwhelming. But I'm muddling through. I'm hoping to arrange and record some 50 songs I've written.

I have built my own Bouncy Schloss so i can pretend I'm PowerToss.
I decided to fill it with helium.....

Life goes on as usual for me xDD I have played more computer games mainly hidden object and puzzle related which trains my brain and eyes~ I have played them for years anyway but now is a good time to get through all the ones I had downloaded since last year but never have time to play~~ x) and then stopping every 3 hours to play arena 😛 and read some novel~ Ahh....its a lovely relaxing time for me. Conclusion- zero skills picked up xDDD
