Payments processed, but items not delivered
On my last 2 purchases (for Bundle LXIV and Bundle LVI), the payment has processed, but then hangs before the seeds are delivered, with the flower icon just spinning and spinning. Eventually, I have to close the game. When I reopen the store, the item says the sale is pending and click to restore. But when I click on the item, it says "0 items restored" and the item then disappears from the store without delivering the seeds. So twice now I have paid for items I never received. How can I fix this?
If your payment has been processed but you have not received the items then tap HELP at the bottom of the page and make out a missing content report, EA are normally pretty good with missing content cases.
Iirc If you check Google play store's refund policy you have up to two hours after purchase to request a refund, though they might give you a refund anyway if you didn't receive your items.
