@awtessman Goopy works really well at racking up the poisoning count, each hit counts as towards the total, even on the same zombie.
Unfortunately it's not a lot of use against tombstones (there are a lot of them) so i used shadow peashooter (also doesn't poison zombies). I also used goldbloom and spearmint, all those plants are at a very high level but i think with careful planning and only using spearmint and goldbloom once you should be able to win with both bonus achievements.

I can't really remember much now, but i am sure i used pokra which is excellent for the tombstones. For the poison, i use 2 imp pears and tile turnip on them. I am pretty sure it counted towards the counter... i think....
