Lost the account

I lost my account. I recently changed my phone from android to iOS and then downloaded the plants vs zombies 2 and I connected to my EA account but I can’t get my account back. In contrast, it linked my EA account to the new game one. But I am sure that my previous game in android has linked with my EA account. I don’t know what to do right now.
