Yes I have tried all of this, as was suggested by the customer support. No luck and no support.
Hi @csy092 @JulianaEvan Would you be able to share the make/model of the device your using? Also Does trying a different network make a difference when you launch the game and try to progress?

I also tried on mobile Internet and it didn't work. My phone is Galaxy A20 e, is this the information you need?

I have tried on my phone (Galaxy J5) and on a tablet (Lenovo M10).

So... 6 months on, and the problem still not resolved. Just installed all updates, the problem still there. Great support!

They only care about the millions they make, I also have the same issue, I have try everything and the issue is still there for the last few months.
The issue must be somewhere on our personal progress data that they store in their servers.
It looks like the data is corrupt and it does not matter what you do the issue will always be there if data is not fixed.
To solve the problem they have to look at the data of players that are having this issue and find what cause to record this specific data and why the app goes to a loop when it reads that data.
Sadly EA not going to do anything about it until thousands of players start having the same issue and starts to complain
