Missing Rewards after Earned

After completing the eight task to get the 10 diamonds. When I go to claim the diamonds, the flower pops up as it’s loading, but then disappears and it still shows I have the 10 diamonds to claim. And no diamonds are given to my account. This is the second time within the last two weeks this has happened. What’s the point of completing the task if you’re not going to be credited for it.
