Have to say I'm getting a little bit ticked off at losing out on the gems / daily quests in preparation for this roll out.
Was there really any need to bring this in for ALL players when they were only ever going to give the update to a handful of people in the first instance?
TBH its not been worth playing these last few days for me, Bombegranite Arena is pants IMO.
Why do EA/PopCap have to fudge up EVERYTHING they do when it comes to PvZ?!

@MortStella I actually thought it was going to be released on the day the quests disappeared as the ad banners all came out. But maybe something went wrong... hahahaha i am sure we might have more ranting later on 😛
There has been a lot of complaint about the 7.9.1 update so I guess we should be patient.
I agree with PowerToss that it is unlikely players will lose their profile when they update to 7.9.x
but I am still going to be ultra conservative and wait as long as possible before making the leap (of faith or inzanity ?)

Oh GREAT! What with me living in a Wi-Fi dead zone, the forced update will most likely come at a time when I'm unable to get to Wal-Mart. I'll be sitting there hot n heavy in the throes of action and get totally frozen out for a couple hours.

Nope. Update is not in my store (southern U.S.).
We must save the irreplaceable costume collection of @PowerToss and @Perfume-shroom92. Must hide under her bed until the update goes away!
Perhaps we could sacrifice @HenryThePear or @linuxPigPen to the update?

FYI: I updated the game and everything worked fine. Still have all my profiles, currency, plants, costumes and Arena Rank.

Little shroom hides under the bed~~~ update is available on my devices too.... maybe i should enter arena and claim my reward first... if i can~~~ other than powertoss, have anyone else got the update?
@linuxPigPen I played the 3 levels and then I ran out of fuel. You get one fuel every ~30min but you need 5 to start a level. I don't know if you can watch unlimited ads to get more full (my ads are limited to ~12 per day and I'm already out of ads) :/
- @Perfume-shroom92 Update just now showed up in my store. I checked and I can still get into Arena so we're not at the forced update point yet. Of course that could change in the next 1/2 hour too. I've got 1 1/2 hours til I can get my 5 gem free play for Big Pig.
I invested some gems to fight the Zomboss. The good news is you can battle him three times right away! The first one was easy!
Now he is "out for lunch"! This is what you get for stealing my Hot Date seed packets!!!!!!
3 Zomboss battles for 6k coins and 30 seeds ?
This guy!...My ZPS is already at 100%+ and he is still "out to lunch"! Trust me, I'll be ready when he comes back!
