Pinata Party clock reset above 24 hours

Two weeks ago my Pinata Party clock was reset to 700 hours and I have been unable to play Pinata Party since then.  I have seen a few posts about clocks set to 350 hours as well.

EA has been unable to correct the issue as of this weekend (Sept 8th).

The missing out on Gems, coins, and seed packets puts me at a disadvantage against other opponents in BattleZ.

I cleared the PvZ2 cache and that did not help.  Reloading the app on a different phone did not help either.

Anyone able to resolve this issue ?
