EA always makes me grind 3 more days for last seeds of power plants too. It's almost like they know what people want. Ya think? :😉
- @linuxPigPen I am pretty sure they do know what I want~~ 😉 How much do you need to unlock ET? It is the first plant i got from arena so i don't remember~ Well, i set my goal for the next 2 days to garlic and endurian- just cause they need about 20 seeds each to the next level and we shall see *cough* whether that is achievable or not 😉
- I spent time watching ads for two hours and got 120k coins. Minimum efforts.
On the other note,garlic and endurian Bah,not worth levelling up u little Shroom. - @Perfume-shroom92 The only thing I've used Garlic for is to pass Jurassic 3. It's almost useless in Neon as some joker keeps booting it. I liked it in original PVZ when trying to win one of those "kill all zombies with explosives" badges. And I liked it in the pool also. Why don't they bring back the pool and my girl Cattail?
- @HenryThePear Did I not tell you before its my uniform goal to upgrade every plant, even if i am never going to use it? If they are given in PP, i am going to attempt to get them level up~
@linuxPigPenThey did have it before in a PP or maybe a few... as in the garlic~ and sometimes to screw you, all the plants are crap and I find I actually have to use garlic. Pretty sure it was a missiletoe event last time... to be honest, all the neon plants aren't great. I mean they do have their uses but overall, their power are all quite low as compared to the other world plants. But hey, i am not leaving them behind. 🙂
Ps: if you set a goal for some other plant and not ET, you are more likely to get ET 😉 what i realise by now XD
@Perfume-shroom92I know about it,it just that you should limit yourself what plants in each world do you need upgrading. It would take forever to upgrade every single plant in every world, with the steep prices and amount of seeds.
@linuxPigPen i share your thoughts on Garlic. I prefer more my shabby Carrot 🥕 I used it in Arena as a F2P version of imitator.
- @HenryThePear For someone starting off, it doesn't matter to me. It takes long to earn coins but it also takes long to get the seeds anyway. So i think it cancels off~ Almost half of my plants are still at level 3 anyway. I do the best I can~ its not like i want to max out all plants in a given number of years.
- @Perfume-shroom92 I still have a lot of plants in Mid Levels since i do not cater so much on them. I focus too much my priority on my Arena-based plants.(BB,Blover,TT,LB,MF,DB)
- @HenryThePear That's because most of you are really into scoring good high scores for arena. Whereas for me, i just want enough to get through a streak or enough for me to eventually get the plant by the end of season.

- @linuxPigPen That was literally what happened last night~ i was telling powertoss i had no ET seeds and then i wrote another PM that says actually i only need 7 more seeds for nightshade. And then i stop getting nightshade and only got ET, like literally only ET. And i eventually got nightshade when i told the game that I am not stopping until you give me nightshade tonight. XDD And by that point, i have gotten 60 ET packets...and no, i didn't even continuously grind. I play 1 game whenever i am tired of studying... or need a break...
You can relax and take it easy because you're only using one profile, those of us with more than one profile have to grind.
To get Ultomato at L5 i need 3,150 crowns (150 for my level 1 profile) for three profiles.
- @MAGICDAVESHROOM I know~~ little shroom did the maths and know that she needs ~7 free plays per day to get level 5 plants by the time season ends. 😉 But she is currently at 8/10 per day (depending on how motivated she is to get out of bed to study) and so she will definitely get it before season ends 🙂 muahahaha
Store Pinatas also give Bonus seeds and many times it is the Plant of the Week...

That was definitely one of the worst pinata party I have ever played ever.... oh my god....Such a bad combination of plants and zombies...
Big Pig couldn't hang so he accepted the 5 gems. Piglet just tapped out and took the gems. Both have 1 replay remaining. I may go back and try the shovel trick just for coins n swag. If I get Star Fruit seeds, close your ears. You'll hear my bellowing cursing from here.

- @linuxPigPen You need to shovel before the entire lawn gets covered with octopus...i couldn't shovel anything so i just watched the zombies move along to my house. And then just gave up... I don't think you will get any starfruit seeds...at least if you play it now or in the next 2 hours, you shouldn't. It should be still the same combination of ET, endurian, nightshade, stunion, garlic or TT seeds in there.
