The plant of the week featured in the store used to have an offer of 1 seed for watching an ad (max 15 ads/day). The current plant of the week (Bud'uh Boom) doesn't have the ads offer. Is this the same for other players? I haven't paid attention to the last few weeks plants and can't recall if those plant offers were available or not. Were the ad offers removed from the game?
Have you checked the Special's section? It is the last offer on the far right. See image attached.
Yes. I have the other Bud’uh Boom offers for gems/gold as well as the ad offer for Food Fight piñata. Is the 50 seed limit an all-time limit? Like if the plant was offered as the plant of the week in the past, and I got 50 seeds at that time, does the limit not reset now with the plant returning as the new plant of the week?
As far as I know, the POTW offer (with gems) is for the duration of a week (as its tile suggests).
The 500 gems for 250 seeds deal is a 1x offer, so if it has been purchased, it will not be available until the next POTW offer.
The 125 gems for 50 seeds deal is a 5x offers in total, what this means is you can purchase a total of 250 seeds from this deal and once the 5x limit (250 seeds) has been reached, the offfer will disappear (until the POTW).
The same would apply for coins (which I normally purchase as soon as they are available 👿)
The 50 seed limit I was referencing was the 50 seed ads per week limit (max 15 per day).
So if I get the 50 Bud’uh Boom seed ads this week and then Bud’uh Boom returns to the store a year from now, will the seed ads still be available since it’s a new offer, or will the game apply some sort of lifetime limit that since I already got 50 in the past, I’m ineligible from getting more seed ads again?
Community ManagerI would expect the once the maximum (50 Bud’uh Boom seeds) has been earned by watching ads, it will not be available until the next Bud’uh Boom POTW event.
In orther words, without 100% certainty, I am expecting the ads for seeds offer will be available once the new event starts, at least, that was what happened with other Arena (seedium) plants in past.

Do you see any ads for 1 seed offer in other section?
I ask because I noticed on some of my less used profiles, the offer sometimes show up from a different section.
I have a 1 seed ad offer in the Adventure tab (not Plant of the Week) and the 1 seed ad offer for Food Fight in the Special tab.
